We celebrate the geometry of Bauhaus design with the “Everything starts from a dot.” special edition, that was honored with the Red Dot Design Award. A characteristic feature of the Bauhaus special edition notebooks is the Wassily Kandinsky's quote embossed on the front cover: “Everything starts from a dot”. There are 4 medium, dotted notebooks in the collection. Each color has different color dots that correspond with side cut color. A brief profile of Wassily Kandinsky is featured on the endpaper. Wassily Kandinsky, painter, graphic artist, art theorist and teacher of the Bauhaus movement, summed it up with the following: “Everything starts from a dot”. Creativity emerges in the mind, but if it is to be given to the real world, it must leave the mind and travel through the hand to a sheet of paper, and always begins ... with a dot. The first point of contact between thought and paper, a decisive moment.

    The BEST craft shop I have ever been to. Every single bit of the store is beautifully decorated and has unique gifts, cards, stickers and crafts. I will not be buying cards from anywhere else. My niece also played in the children's area the whole time my family was here. The staff was also very friendly and talked to me about some of the artists that create the art/gifts in the shop.     This adorable stationery store is so nice. The ladies who work here go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I wanted an Emily Lex watercolor workbook for a Mother's Day gift. The title I wanted was sold out. They let me know more were on order, called me to inform me of the expected delivery date for their shipment, and then called me again to let me know my item was now in-stock. I was able to get the gift I wanted in time, and my mom loved it so much. I can't wait to return to the shop to see what new items they are getting in. (Google Review)

    What a wonderful place. Things you won’t find anywhere else. Greeting cards for special things, vintage games in tins or in what looks like a book to stand upright on your bookshelf. Stickers created by the owner of the shop. And they’re very friendly inside. (Google Review)
